About SFI

Since its incorporation in 1973, Singapore Food Industries has become the largest integrated food company in Singapore, with a wide portfolio of food products and services. With more than thirty years of footprint in Singapore, SFI has grown in size, diversification and market reach, from a food raw material supplier, to food distribution, to food catering, and to food manufacturing and processing. The expansion and diversification led SFI to be listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange in November 1999. Today, SFI is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SATS

It has significant operations in the United Kingdom which contribute over 50.0 per cent to Group turnover. Singapore's businesses are in three main areas, they are Food Distribution, Food Preparation, Manufacturing and Processing, and Abattoir and Hog Auction.

SFI's operation has managed to obtain and sustain its continuous growth since it started its operations. It has, yet again, demonstrated strong growth in 2007. SFI achieved profit before tax of S$48.6 million on turnover of S$714.9 million.
